MENDOKSAI!!!! HOUNTOU NE~!!!! MENDOKSAI!!!
well i always ask why can't the "new ppl" take initiative and do werk on their own and not rely on others...WHY CAN THEY BE LIKE THEIR SENIORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yes we are playful and tend to joke around alot...but that doesn't mean we should slack also!!!!!!!
hello when its time to do werk we do AND when its tyme to have fun we have fun...!!!!
that's why there weren't any major screw ups when the day comes...and major misunderstanding!!!!
i bet 100% next week gonna be a major disaster...
things like this esp last minute won't be able to stand up once they fall.... unless they all do something frm now on till that day...
in my 6 yrs in NCC and within these 6 yrs, as an Admin or Hd Land Party in this event for 3 years, i never seen such disorganize committee before...
like i say, during my year the admin have to realli werk with the TCO and Specs at HQ for nominal roll..and when i say werk means you must ask for the nominal roll and you do the sorting out urself....and ya liase with them on what they want on the NR...but the typing printing and filing is done by u!!!!
back when i was admin, i did all the nominal rolls and sorting myself....for every cadet, every CLT, every personnel since the AKE Prep. to MKE to AKE...frm the first day to the last day.... that's how i avoid misunderstanding and tats how things went so smoothly on the actual day..
cos when the actual day comes the only thing u need to worry is additional ppl or minusing of ppl...and yea TOs...
frm the way i werk is i get all the templetes ready in my laptop...i sort them according to school, district and than phase of MKE...that's how i always keep track on cadets coming, cadts who didn't attend preps, cadets who failed the selection etc....
ARGH!!! talking abt this realli makes me stress...i make sure the Spec Course land module will be my last event frm NCC for the rest of my life!!!!!
i only come down for my skool cadets POP if i have to...other than tat, don't even think of seeing me....!!!!
